At Danessa Myricks Beauty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
